Coconut Granular Activated Carbon
Elite AQ 1000 PAC is a powdered activated carbon, manufactured from coconut shells as base material.
Steam activation and the selected raw material lead to an activated carbon with a homogeneous pore system and a great inner surface which exhibits excellent adsorption capacity. Due to its particular pore structure, Elite AQ 1000 PAC used for many applications with demanding requirements.
Elite AQ 1000 PAC finds extensive utility across an array of industries and purification processes, owing to its versatile adsorption properties. Common applications encompass the treatment of drinking water, wastewater remediation, groundwater treatment, liquid chemicals, Food and beverages and gas-phase purification tasks, particularly the removal of mercury, dioxins and furans in flue gas treatment systems at energy-from-waste facilities. Elite AQ 1000 PAC is certified to NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 standard, Halal and Kosher.
